And French fries....I have been known to dip fries into honey mustard.

I'm going on record, honey mustard is way under rated. It's good on all kinds of stuff besides salad and breaded chicken. Burgers, fries whatever you would use as a dip/sauce it will do the trick. Also, ketchup is ok for fries, good on a burger and that's about it. For some reason I the smell is nauseating to me as I get older, and you 2 are young pups, 60 in a month

This is usually true because you know the players, scheme and tendencies. The wild card is usually when a team brings in a new coach and you play them early in the year. Then the scheme can catch you with your pants down, but after year 1 it's usually on and usually a dog fight, that's why so many teams don't go undefeated in their division.
