Two straight primetime games. Already played two primetime games. And we have two more primetime games on the schedule. If that Bengals/Steelers game means anything during week 17, that could be a 7th. Not bad for a shitty team from one of the league's smallest markets.

BTW -- You hear a lot from Bengals players and fans about needing to beat Baltimore to salvage the season. The truly important game is the Los Angeles Chargers game. Baltimore is winning the division even if we win this week. The rest of the AFC is ass. The Steelers will make it and then some subset of the Chargers, Bengals, Broncos, Colts, or Jets. Winning against the Chargers would give them a tiebreaker over one of the teams also chasing a wildcard.

So what game was flexed out? What about the league's desire to provide exposure and "equity" for shitty teams? I suppose it's better to have better teams playing than shittier teams, right? That's what I would do. I don't care about balancing team coverage in prime time. The fans should get the games they want to see, not more games between 2-7 teams.

There aren't 32 NFL-class QBs in the country. Why make us watch the also-rans or tune to Golden Girls reruns instead?
