I don't see it being anything like the Calvin Johnson call. That happened in the back of the endzone where you have to keep control all the way through. Gresham ran into the endzone with the ball in his hand. Completely different.

Simpson is beasting it right now.

Well the difference in a regular run into the endzone is that Gresham hadn't established the catch before the endzone. He only established the catch (both feet down) AFTER he crossed the goal line. So whether he's running out of the back of the endzone or the side of the endzone, it's the same thing.

You're right. Had the refs not called Caldwell's fumble an incomplete pass, the game would've been over a long time earlier.

WELL, WE SHOULD HAVE ONLY NEEDED A FG, REFS SCREWED US BIG TIME....THERE SHOULD BE FINES/SUSPENSIONS FOR BLATANT ABUSE OF THE RULES BY THE REFS, INSTEAD THE NFL CODDLES THEM

Dude, they got the call right.....you have to maintain possession all the way to the ground, and the ball clearly moved out of his control on the ground.....it sucks, but they got it right by the rule....
