Honestly, I don't see him playing before March 10th, when the Nets play in Philly.
If he plays before that and skips that game, that's not a good look.

We hate Harden bc we are being realistic about a guy with a pattern of issues? The guy can still play at a high level...should I get down on my knees and praise the guy bc he is the greatest thing since sliced bread. He barely made an all-star game, two years ago he was arguably a top 5 player and some said he was the best offensive player in the game. He isn't the same player, plain and simple. Doesn't mean he can help the Sixers.

The fact is the Nets since almost day one weren't better with Harden, they could have cut him and the fit was better with KD and Kyrie on the court. Their team defense was bad and they didn't have much around Kyrie and KD. Now they have depth, defense and shooting. Why is it crazy that Philly won this trade but both did good? Is that unrealistic? Cmon think with your head and not your heart.

The James Harden hate is real.

Very real and very earned.

Nobody but the absolute disingenuous will tell you 22,8, and 10 is not a very good player. He still gets to the line better than anyone. 6ers got better.

However, the only time Harden has shot the ball worse than he has this year was his rookie year. He is not the player he was. Hardens antics have only been slightly better than Simmons as well.

The Nets would likely want Simmons first game to be at home. They play Miami on March 3rd then go on a 3 game road trip and don't return home until March 13th
