It's never worked out.

Joey was great on the field, but his body of work through his playing career in no way ever suggested to me he could be a good coach. He never had the intelligence or temperament. He was a shit kicker.

I was hoping that they would hire Alan Faneca to be an assistant O-line coach after spending the previous couple seasons doing a coaching internship gig at Latrobe. Thought for sure he'd get the job that Adrian Klemm now holds. Still not exactly sure why that didn't happen. Last I heard Faneca was still trying to get his feet wet in the coaching world.

I'm willing to bet Faneca can't be controlled like the other puppets Tomlin surrounds himself with......

Why is he even still waffling about this... it should be clear as day that he should stop doing it. Giving the media more fuel to slander his image.

They need Ben to step up and be a better leader. I thought he made it clear he was going to stop this controversial radio show which would have been a good move.
