We only saw one overhead view, and it looked like the right side of the ball hit out of bounds. They kept showing that view where the camera man did not keep up with the ball, but it sure looked like it was going out. And they said the officials didn't review it because they thought it was out of bounds. Unless you saw green on the overhead view, i'm not sure how you can know one way or the other.
