Here’s hoping Henry doesn’t run all over us. Go Bears!
Man, back in '18 I thought Nagy was the second coming of Jesus H - that is if Jesus H would have been a head coach. And now I'm pretty much 100% in agreement with your take.Nagy and his stupid staff needs to go.
Injured shoulder - he's week-week.Why was Trubisky inactive for this game?
Roquan was a monster today. Some (painful) observations:
*Those two fumbles really hurt out chances in a game which can be argued that we outplayed the Titans. Obviously Monty's was a possible 10 point swing. Miller's cost us valuable clock in terms of time remaining.
*I don't give out game balls in losses, but our defense played its heart out. And to hold Henry to just 68 yds on 21 carries, with one of them for 26 yds, is simply mind boggling. Tremendous effort.
*Good news: Foles passed for 335 yds. Bad news: It took 52 attempts.
*Our biggest run of the day was Mingo's 11 yd scoot on the fake punt. Other than that, 17 carries for 43 yards from our two backs - pathetic.
*Our patchwork OL at times looked like human swiss cheese and they couldn't run block today if their lives depended on it, but overall I was surprised at how they held up.
*Granted, Nall got his receiving yardage in garbage time, but it was still good to see this coming out of the backfield.
*Even a well executed quick kick would have been very difficult for the Bears to recover, but I saw no sense in Garcia attempting it without placing the ball on the tee. Doomed from the nanosecond it left his foot.
