Wow... we weren't among the initial 10 teams listed. Now us and the Pack are head/shoulders above everyone else.

I guess Pace must be inquiring and sources caught wind of it.

What would you give for Mack? I would not give a Jay Cutler type haul, but I'd float our 1st and a later pick out there. Maybe a 1st and a 3rd/4th round swap?

I was saying a 1st and 5th, but I don’t want to see him in Green Bay, so I’d probably pay a 1st, future third, and seventh for him. This has all been discussed in BS’s Khalil Mack thread though, so....

Mack is an outstanding pass rusher but also a malcontent. I still believe the Raiders will sign him to an extension.

I do too. I would say the chances of him actually coming here are about 5-10%. However, that's up a good deal from what I would have said last week. Which would have been 0.0000000001%

I hope he just goes and plays a year with the raiders and then walks in the offseason. Odds are they franchise him though.... that rule is such bull shit.

I don’t think this shows he has an ego. He’s trying to maximize his earlier production for a fair contract. NFL players get screwed big time compared to athletes from other sports. It’s also the most dangerous sport. He could have an injury like Johnny Knox or Zach Miller had while in a bears uniform this year, and not see a dime for it.

Yeah, I agree. This is Mack's big contract. Outside of QB's - you only get one of these. Then, you're retired with more than half of your life in front of you. When your best earning days come and go in your mid-late 20's. You kind of have to be stingy.
