What a defense we have. So close to a superbowl indeed (rolls eyes)

I was talking about his game overall. He played pretty well today. He was decisive and his passes for the most part were crisp and on target.Pretty sure Trubisky fumbled the ball though....
Lions clearly trying to lose.
Whatever you say, fluff boy.Even when they try to lose (not going for a FG before the half, Stafford throwing an INT right to Nichols) Trubisky just gives it right back to them. Then they run 3x times with a 100 year old back against our vaunted defense and we still lose.
But nice pivot old geezer.

Well, guess we'll have to agree to disagree (except the ball coughing). I thought he looked pretty good out there today, at least relative to what we're use to seeing from him.He played like shit. Couldnt get the ball past the sticks often enough against a shit team that other QBs light up. Only thing that saved the offense was the run game. And in the end...he coughed the ball up.

Please don't interpret my evaluation of Mitch's performance today as some kind of justification for hanging onto him or something. I'm simply speaking in the moment, nothing more.Take a look at what other QBs have done against the same defense. Don’t compare Mitch to what other Bears QBs have done...compare him to his peers.

If I'm going to cast stones and place blame, then the vast majority of my wrath is directed at the defense. They played like absolute dogshit today. And when you take into account who he played against and how well they ran the ball....his numbers look a lot worse.

Can't argue that.Indeed. But the Bears were winning with the ball in hand and less than two minutes to go.
