He's actually kinda the opposite of deGrom in that there is nothing sexy about his style. No gaudy strikeout numbers, a decent fastball velocity but nothing special. Just kisses the edges of the strike zone and generates plenty of weak contact, works out of jams with a cool head.

Did seem Perez was slipping a bit which is why I was thinking it was bullpen time.
