It's gotta be said that Monmouth is bad, but we look a lot better tonight. It will be important to get some confidence heading into tomorrow night. Greenberg is doing a good job getting a lot of subs in. It's good to see 9 players playing instead of 6-7.

No doubt. There's no excuse to not play an 8 to 9 man rotation.


42-24 at the half. We look better than the first game imo but still sloppy at times. The play with 6 seconds left was very well done (but partially helped by Monmouth's terrible defense)

Game tomorrow night will be VERY important to win. While FIU won't be a great win... losing would set us back. Plus... just playing Syracuse will boost our RPI rating a lot. These early games are the reason that we haven't made the NCAA tourney in the past.

A good game in the sense that we got a lot of guys playing time and it was another balanced scoring effort. Some things to keep yourself humble on are Monmouth isn't any good and we shot an incredible 60% and 66% from 3. That's not likely to happen.

On to the next game. As I said earlier, if we don't make to MSG in this little mini-tourney, its a failure. Hell, I personally think we could pull an upset over Cuse if we take care of business against FIU. Traditionally, they start out slow so that would be a great OOC win if we can catch them sleeping.

we have had several double digit leads but we keep letting fiu hang around. up 25-19 right now, but we were up by 12 earlier. fiu is getting their legs and we need to stay ahead, they can beat us

ok this is more like it. up 58-41 with 8 and a half to go. davila has been impressive thus far this season. defense looks good as usual. bad news is green "tweaked his achilles" per mike patrick. hopefully not too bad
