If I were to move somewhere it'd be Lincoln so I could still watch football and maybe catch the Buckeyes when they came to town

Went to Omaha for a hockey tournament a few years back and it was too damn windy for me

how the hell do you get busted in your own house?

if you hide the money and use poker chips, how can they tell you were gambling real money?

as far as 24/7 bars. it's dumb. how many people really need a bar open 24 hours a day? Extend the hours if you want them open later to cater to kids partying or whatever, but no way you need it open 24 hours.

Its not dumb... Not everyone works 9-5...

Why the fuck do you care if someone wants to go to the bar at 4:30 am

And like I said earlier.. Its only 4 more hours..

Its legal in south Sioux city for bars to be open 6am to 2 am

The main argument is that people tend to pound drinks in that last hour because they know the bar is about to close.

This leads to people doing dumb things like driving when they're 3-4 times over the legal limit.

Not giving people a curfew allows them to pace themselves.

There so many benefits...

Easier to get a taxi because not everyone would go home at same time..

Easier for law enforcement to enforce DUI laws because every drunk driver in town isn't leaving the bar at the same time...
