how the hell do you get busted in your own house?

if you hide the money and use poker chips, how can they tell you were gambling real money?

as far as 24/7 bars. it's dumb. how many people really need a bar open 24 hours a day? Extend the hours if you want them open later to cater to kids partying or whatever, but no way you need it open 24 hours.

Anyways, I basically believe that I should be able to do whatever harm I want to do to myself.

If I want to drink in public until 5 am, I don't see what the problem is there.....as long as I don't try and drive home.
I can see public intoxication laws. We can be pretty obnoxious when we've been drinking. Keep it in a business establishment that caters to that or a private home and I have no issues.

If I want to smoke weed, I don't see the problem there.......as long as I don't go force it down someone else's windpipe.
No problem here, but just like alcohol it should be in a business that caters to that or in the privacy of a home.
