Here comes the choke job just like the Iowa game. Can Pitino use a TO to get a breather for everyone? Carr gassed again.

Nope. Maryland literally cannot make a jump shot lol

So glad I stayed up to see us choke that away. MD didn't even play well down the stretch. Just pathetic.

Bucky is gonna fucking roll us this weekend. That's gonna be a complete no show.

Man.... Gophers should be locked in the tourney right now if tbey could just close games. In not sure ive seen a team blow 2 8 pt home leads within 2 weeks with less than 4 minutes to go. Unreal

It's in our DNA. Nobody puckers up like we do. It's stunning how we continuely miss FT in crucial stretches.

I guess on the bright side we'll be two games under .500 entering the B1G tournament, so I won't be forced to watch us play in the pathetic NIT.

Is that how it feels to be a DUKE fan??? finding a way to win a game that is 99.9999% lost.

The was arguably the most memorable regular season win of Turgeon's entire run at Maryland...

even if it was against a .500 team on Wednesday

There has never been a signature win from his robotic boring predictable wins and losses until this season

To get the true Duke fan ecperience you wouldve needed like 3 awful calls go against Minnesota in the last 60 seconds and then Morsell would have had to have travelled with no call before making the 3

MD +1.5
Nova -8.5
UNI -9.5
St Bonnie straight
Florida straight
Penn St -2

100 pays 1301

Does betting like that work for you

I do very well. My best sports are CBB and MLB

Generally round robin and smaller parlays for big money. Like tonight ive got Purdue -2 and Michigan -2 for 1000 to pay 960 and Gonzaga -19 5, Nebraska +13 and San Fran -12 for 750 to pay 1100. Then ill have some individual bets as well. I also try to hedge whenever possible to minimize loss. But i made nearly 6 figures last year in profit. It took me years to figure out my best system for bet structure though. Thats really where most people fail on 4+ team parlays

Can't imagine how anybody could come out ahead betting on regular season baseball.

It's like betting on race dogs.

As far as NCAAM, the Vegas odds setters can't watch all the games, so if you're a big fan of a certain conference, you could actually have the inside track. I've seen some terrible odds posted for some games, and some days I've wanted to parlay 8 games, but didn't have the balls and all teams won.

I think the best bets in CBB come from the futures. I don't have any this year, but I've hit before.

If you know the sport, it was definitely foreseeable that for isntance Baylor could have been this good.

Baseball is almost solely pitching matchups. The general public tends to focus on team records more than anything so lines tend to move towards better teams even if that days pitching matchup is more even . I had multiple days last season of 8, 9, 10 even 12-0 records.

Most of betting success is structure that allows for risk minimization ( ability to hedge ) . Like last night i had a late 2 teamer, 3 teamer and 5 teamer where the last game in 2 of them was me having Boise St straight . Boise got ran but i hedged ny buying up UNLV to plus 2 and bet enough where my worsr case was winning 300 overall. Sure i couldnt win huge after the hedge but i was giaranteed to win something

Indiana basketball feels a lot like Nebraska football

A once powerful blueblood that just doesn't seem important anymore. The mystique is gone

while Indiana's path to prominence is easier than Nebraska's, it is still something that sticks out to me

it would have been more interesting if Archie had taken the NC State job
