AZ vs. USC

USC is obviously taking a turn for the worse, because they just lost to ASU at home. They seem to have the most talent in the conference, but can't put it together.

I have to believe that selling out AZ Stadium won't be a problem now that we are in the AP top ten, and #13 in the Coaches Poll. To me, this is such an important game. With UCLA playing Oregon, and ASU playing Stanford, this is a great opportunity to go up another game before playing WSU. After WSU we go to UCLA and then host CU.

I think our confidence is sky high, but USC will be chomping at the bit to beat us and get right back into the thick of things.

That stadium is going to be ROCKIN'.

If we win and Oregon wins with a couple top 10 teams losing next week then all of the sudden a top 5 ranking is possible. Maybe getting a little ahead of myself, but it's something to look at.

First order of business... beat USC. They are tough and will want to take out that hail mary loss on us.

We all hope that every year could be "the year", but the more close wins the Cats pull out, the more it seems like this year will wind up as something special. One game at a time, it's good the UofA gets USC at home... and the first home game after 1/2 the students left early and missed the hill mary... cuz that should be incentive to keep them in the seats and making noise for the whole 60 minutes.

Fork is right, the condoms will be angry coming off of that loss to asu. I don't see any problem with the Cats moving the ball through the air on usc, it's just a matter of whether or not Wilson and Grigsby can get some tough inside yards and whether or not the D shows up like it did in Eugene.
