AZ vs Detroit

I watched the AZ/Detroit game last night. Detroit defense looked good.

They were not so much great but the AZ offense was not very good with Stanton. I like Arizona so I hate that they are such a good team but have to go into the playoffs with the QB down.

As far as Detriot, they were (in this game) a good defense and a non-functional offense. Small sample size, I know but......

Sounds about right. Few around here are feeling very good about this one. Hope to keep it close.

It was a small sample size. But it was a microcosm of the entire season. Excellent defense, (aside from the first two drives last week.)inept offense.

Best offensive game was easily Week 1. I thought we were seeing the beginning of a special season from Stafford after that Giants game. Then things have withered offensively since. CJ got hurt, Bush is a puss so he's always hurt, Bell sucks, the OLine can't block for shit, Fauria slipped on puppy pee, Ebron has been touch and go, Pettigrew has been hurt, the kicking game is an embarrassment. Now they're taking plays out to dumb things down. It's a bad offense. (Like the Ravens under Caldwell last year.)

Havent seen a full game of solid football in months. (Minnesotta when no receiver could catch anything.)If Stafford hadnt worked last minute magic (Fuller made it happen with a tremendous TD grab, same as Theo.)this team would be 5-5 or 4-6.

The defense though, it's real damn good.
