The big problem with the offense... it is all 1-on-1 right now.

TJ needs to get his head in the game. He has not been very good at imposing his will lately. Needs to command the ball, drive and dish.

Yup. Everything you said. This is the reason why the offense is strugling. They seemed to have stoped driving and dishing for some reason. Even the bigs have stoped dishing it in the paint. But when they do it's perfection. It was a 3headed monster in the paint. Now there is no passing.

The offense has not really been the problem, it's the finishing. They have gotten 10+ good looks that they have missed.

We are getting good looks no doubt. But our spacing is off and we aren't going inside as much as we should be, imo.

Yep, I'm not worried. They have had some bad offensive possessions, and have missed a lot of easy shots... and Cal has made a lot of tough contested shots too. All things being equal, they are right where they should be.

We are getting good looks no doubt. But our spacing is off and we aren't going inside as much as we should be, imo.

Completely agree. Too much 1-on-1. Poor spacing, too many forced shots. They are playing badly on offense, don't get me wrong.

All I'm saying is if they hit even 1/2 of the 10+ easy looks they had (ie: Tarc's missed dunks, Gordon missing from point blank several times) then they are up by three possessions.

I don't get the Pac12 network at all. It is located in the Television/Movie capital of the world (California), they have a huge budget, and a large pool of talented alumni to choose from...

...but the game-announcers are almost all terrible and the studio shows are even worse. It is embarrassing.

It's gotta be said... that little 1/2 hook from Gordon when he drives the lane is flat-out terrible.

His problem? He can finish in so many different ways that he struggles picking. IMO, he needs to stop picking the 1/2 hook. Come to a jump stop, raise up and shoot a 5-8 foot jumper. Problem solved.
