Didn't they have more TOs? I don't think they take it down that far without getting a first down, but you make them use their TOs and go up two scores.

Let me rethink this.

At 4:40...if they ran it 3 times and snapped it at 2 sec...they would run 28 secs x 3 plays and if they wanted they could run a bit more and use their final TO before kicking the FG....yeah they could've gotten it down around 3:12 or 3:14.

NE had 2 at least TOs + the 2m but with 4:40 left, I'm not sure if I would use them unless ATL got a 1st down. As it played out ATL ran 1:10 off with a run, a pass play resulting in a sack, a 3rd down play that had a holding penalty and the final 3rd down incompletion.

Good point, but damn Ryan didn't need to take that sack that took the Falcons out of FG range, with the Falcons leading 28-9.
