We just traded for Hector Noesi from the Mariners. What's going to stop us from the World Series now????

This guy must be even worse than his stats given that the Mariners were willing to trade him to us... :laugh3:

He nose dived quickly. Not sure what they see in him as he stinks right now.

Game was fantastic last night. Got to see a walkoff in person finally.

For those headed out to the ballpark this season - give the Smokehouse Fries a try.

Waffle Fries topped with brisket & bbq sauce - with a side option of jalapenos. Delicious.
MUCH better than that bacon on a stick thing. (had this on Opening Day)

That looks good. Which stand did you get it from?

You placing all the hitting on Moreland is an abortion of plain stupid. No one else cashed in either. You hate Moreland and show it by continuing to rag on him. Try being a little objective and realize you win and lose as a team.

I don't think he's placing it all; just way too much.

But Moreland's AB in the 10th was one sorry excuse for a major league one. The guy had walked 3 straight guys, and he swings at a 2-0 pitch. WTF Mitch? You don't attempt to swing until you've got at least on called strike IMO.

Craig Gentry off the DL. I guess that means we will be getting to see him soon. Miss having him as a Ranger...

Moreland would rather strike out than walk

Homeplate grill or something like that. (Located behind homeplate in the lower deck)

EDIT: Home Plate Butcher Block

Alright thanks

Home Plate Butcher Block

There are 4 grills in that location. 1 has the bacon and a few other things (front left grill). Back right grill has the smokehouse fries.

Back left has "ross" whatever nachos...

Not sure what the front right has..

You can't go wrong with the regular nachos and some peanuts. We take in sunflower seeds, and I'm good.

I wanted Choice in the bigs getting regular AB's. Obviously this isn't going to happen, and whatever streak he was is over because of it. I think they really screwed this situation up by not riding a hot bat. Send him down and let him get some AB's.

:agree:..........Send him down and get Lillibridge up. I don't really know who we'd call up actually. But it is a flawed plan to keep Choice here and waste his season. He probably regress if he's not better utilized.

I'm not much for fries, but that BBQ looks awfully good.

Maybe jta's presence this evening will get a bat or two going. I was going to head out too, but my buddy couldn't get a hall pass from the wife.

Anyone besides me feel we're quite fortunate to be at .500 right now?

Wit the 3 walk off wins and the 2 blown leads in the 8th we could be anywhere between 2-8 and 7-3. So I guess 5-5 is acceptable. Sure would like to see the offense clicking even with our what was suppose to be bench/AAA guys jumping on board like KK and Chirinos did in the 12th. Really would love to see Fielder go on a rampage.

A bratwurst (with sport peppers), bag of peanuts, and a big ol brewski , and I'm all set! Well, until I need my second big ol brewski a few innings later...:suds:

That BBQ fries thing looked like a heart attack waiting to happen........but yes, I would definitely try it!!

With this offense (that we're apparently stuck with for awhile) and our inconsistent pitching staff, we are very fortunate to be .500 and will be fortunate to be at .500 by April 30.

:agree:......And wouldn't 2-8 really suck? And you're right, we could be 7-3 as well. But for me, I'll take 5-5 all things considered.

Maybe tonight's the night Sir Prince gets going. If he does, the whole lineup will react I think.
