Don’t develop the same reputation as Yankees fans. At least act informed on the entire game and not just your team

Not the Royals.

But in no particular order:

Yankees
Rays
Red Sox
Astros
Twins
A's
Cubs
Reds (big sleeper)
Braves
Dodgers

Those would be my 10.

I've kinda already written this year off as Yankees vs Dodgers.

#3. Astros
#4. Cubs
#5. Twins
#6. Red Sox
#7. Rays

Not sure its worth listing teams at that point.

Well, the Braves have a better record than the Cubs, Rays and Red Sox. I wouldn't favor them over any of them, but I'd say they're worth mentioning.

There are only 7 teams with a legitimate chance to win it all

The rest of the teams arent very good

Yankees, Rays, Twins, Astros, Cubs, Dodgers, Brewers

Darkhorse is the Indians

Braves have a better record than the Brewers, a winning record against the Brewers, and the Brewers have a negative run differential.

I don't think there's anybody else worth mentioning at this moment, and even the Rays and Braves are being a bit generous. With our bullpen we're out in 4 (at most) in the ALDS. I think the Red Sox will sort out their issues and be in the conversation by season's end, but that's not at this moment.

As of this moment is in the title, as of this moment, do you think think Brewers are better than the Braves?

So it's not 'win it all' because that's in the future. You just want lists of top 10 teams as of right now.

Personally, I think performance up to this point should be a huge factor in determining favorites at this time.

There’s other factors too. Last year the Mariners had a negative run differential and their fall was predictable. I even made a thread about it. Reds are my real dark horse team. They’re a little ways back and there’s a lot of teams ahead of them, but their run differential is on par with a division leader or top wild card team
