And rightfully so. The Steelers have been kicking around the Browns since their return in '99. There's no rivalry there like back in the day. But it would be nice if my team could get going in the right direction so Browns/Steelers means something again.

Oh yeah. I really like how the Steelers drafted Joey Porter, Jr. That's cool.

Nice. At least now we know the Steelers can expose the Ravens' slot coverage this season

Discussion going on in the general.. but damn. Hope he's alright. Non-contact injuries are scary, but judging by the compression sleeve he was likely already dealing with some sort of minor strain on that calf.

It's early though so he has plenty of time to get right.

So what's everyone's thoughts on the division this year & how you see it shakin out?

For me...

1. Bengals... 11 or 12 wins. The division looks tougher on paper so I waffle with giving them anything more than 12 wins. But they are the cream of the crop right now. Middle of the road SOS this season so I don't suspect they'll fall off unless Burrow's injury lingers longer than anticipated.

...DISCLAIMER... after the Bengals I could flip a coin right now on how the rest of the division shakes out. Really tough to predict. Everyone's SOS is average this season.

2. Ravens... 10 wins. That's the floor IMO. They are loaded with talent. Have a hard time seeing this team with anything less than last year's 10 wins.

3. Steelers... 9 or 10 wins. Sneaky team if they can live up to their potential. But same as I said this time last year, I need to see what this offense does before I sign up for more than 9-10 wins. Like the Ravens they are loaded with talent, and they finally overhauled the OL. There are no excuses for this offense anymore so the OC better do a good job or GTFO. They achieved 9 wins last year with a lackluster offense so in theory that should be the floor. They will always have the propensity to falter to sub-500 teams though.

4. Browns... 6 or 7 wins. With so many better managed/coached teams in this division its always difficult to figure out where to put the Browns. But there is no denying the talent is there to achieve great things. I like what they did to rework their defense, but I still just don't know what to expect from Watson on offense. His efficiency was abysmal last year after his suspension. But after all that time off it should have been expected for him to be rusty. They have a brutal start to their season this year: @PHI, @KC, vCIN. I suspect they will be in a hole early but don't count them out. Or they make a big time statement right out of the gate.

Well... I was right about the AFCN valuing blocking TE's... Just didn't predict the right team lol @thedddd
