Are the Cardinals Now Relevant?

The Arizona fans are coming out of the woodwork.
Is it because they are now feeling confident with Brady out?
Is it because they made the playoffs last year and hope to not regress?
Is it because they got a NE cast-off in Chandler?
Is it because they get to face NE at home in the heat of "hell stadium?"

Pretty likely the Cards beat the Patriots in the 1st game but LOL funny that the fans think they win this game without even getting on the field. Belichick and the Pats are never easy - get ready, not mouthy!

The Cardinals are a tough team under Arians, sure they melted down in Carolina but they have that experience under their belts now. I don't see them doing that again.

Even with Brady I think the Cardinals would win the game

Cards = division winners - 13 and 3, possible home field advantage through out the playoffs

The Cardinals are certainly a good team. I will go to AZ for the NE game and it will be to watch a good game, regardless of the outcome. I would not waste my money if I thought the Pats had no chance.

I think the Cards are a little over rated by many and will finish behind Seattle. But I think they have a good team and a very good defense, so yes, relevant. 11 wins two years ago and 13 last year isn't a fluke. I see them more an 11 win team this season than I do a 13 win team, but still expect them to be in the in the playoff hunt.

Of course they are, made the NFC title game last year and have a chance to get there or even further this year. I think I'd pick Seattle right now to win that division, but it could go either way. As far as the week 1 matchup, I don't like to say any game is an automatic win before it happens, even if 9 times out of 10 the overwhelming favorite does win the game. Maybe that's because I'm a Chargers fan and am pessimistic about my teams, but crazy shit does happen sometimes.

I had it! Well, I was like 50/50 we'd beat the Patriots, but the Steelers were so banged up I thought we'd win easily (that game ended up being much tougher than I expected) and once we got past the Patriots I knew we would beat Carolina.
