Seems like a strange ruling. Why do you suppose that the LAA owner is reportedly disappointed that MLB can't punish Hamilton? Perhaps he is a patriot who wishes to right what's wrong with this country?

The Angels certainly aren't. The last several months have taught me why Ranger fans feel the way they do about Josh Hamilton.

Also, people do get held responsible to often for things they did not do. Just today there was a black fellow who got released from prison after spending 28 years there for a crime it now turns out he did not commit. To me, that is much worse.
