I believe he had played some there in Winter ball and maybe even in the minors. They just didn't like the idea of a MI moving to CF.

If I recall correctly many expected us to lose him when we didn't protect him. I believe either Newberg or Lucas or both expected as much.

Patience is a trying word. Woody's process will require plenty of patience if to succeed. Gallo has shown a willing to be patient and it is working.
