I go to twitter to quickly read any info/rumors about AJ Green's toe injury.

I sift through 95% of posts from people playing fantasy football and sad that AJ isn't playing.

Nobody cares about your fantasy football team.

some n00b dropped DeSean Jackson so I picked him up.

AJ Green has had a horrible year as far as ff goes, in ff you have to be prepared to make adds/drops, you're almost better off losing your first few games so that you can get the best waiver.

Not matching Cleveland's offer for Baby Hawk is looking smarter and smarter by the day. :L

the problem with the Bengals is that Baby Hawk somehow didn't fit their system. we rarely ever used him.

we love playing 2 TE's with another TE in the FB slot and throwing the ball 50 times a game despite just having drafted a decent power running back. damn, we sure fooled NE

This is still a thing?

It should be. It was 750K..... That's a pretty glaring mistake for a front office that everyone keeps insisting is on top of their game.

Though I do think Hawk's value with AJ and Marvin out of the lineup would be much less than if they were in the lineup.

AJ is wearing a boot..... I can't imagine he's back for at least 2 weeks or so..... Probably more like a month or more given that the injury obviously doesn't heal when he's active.

I'm getting some 2006 dejavu..... A 3-0 start derailed by early injuries and a Patriot blowout in the fourth game.

Was 2006 the Christmas Eve disaster vs. Denver?

Yes.

This year we get Denver 2 days before Christmas Eve.

We also play the same NFC South teams in the same locations. If Bruce Gradkowski signs with Tampa, I'm jumping ship.

That game was my fault. I was forced to go to church on Xmas eve, and was there during the finish of the game, so I figured i would say a little prayer.

Half of my family was at church, trying to covertly use their cell phones to get updates on the game. It was pretty sad.

I always wonder though why Bengal fans assume we would have won the game had the XP been made. Our defense was terrible. If we lost the coin flip for overtime, we were definitely losing on a field goal on the first drive.

I was at the game in Tampa that year. The phantom Justin Smith roughing the QB game. I got so drunk that day that I almost drowned in the Intercoastal after the game.

I thought the next game was even more painful. Losing at home to the Steelers in OT to knock us out of the playoffs. Happy times. The fucking Bengals ruined my Christmas and New Years.

That was before smart phones, and cell phone internet sucked.

I remember seeing the score 24-23 and saying to myself, they better have kicked two field goals, not get a td and miss an extra point or something.
When I got home and saw what happened, Christmas was definitely ruined

I think Santonio Holmes is still running...
