The AP poll is always over-reactionary to the the previous week.

When it comes to body of work, Syracuse is miles ahead of Virginia and Nova, although Virginia could close the gap with a strong acc tournament showing.

This year is so messed up, I could give reasons for SU to still be ranked right around 2/3 or make a case for them being 10ish. Thinking about it, that applies to almost all of the AP top 10.

So do you disagree with me about Virginia being behind Duke or are you agreeing with me. I know Duke beat them at Duke but it was a close game and Virginia has already wrapped up the conference title.

Virginia had an easy schedule compared to other ACC teams. That is a fact. They are a very good team and did whip on the Cuse but they shouldnt be ahead of Duke. Does that answer your question? Virginia has only one good out of conf. win and that is SMU. They lost at UWGB (I was there), lost to VCU, and got destroyed by Tenn. and lost by 10 to Wisconsin and only scored 38 pts. They have had a very soft schedule when it comes to there ACC schedule.

We played a soft schedule? The ACC opponents we played twice must not have been too soft if they were able to beat:
Syracuse (Boston College)
Duke (Notre Dame)
