i'm laughing at the idea that you think that is relevant.

why don't you attack the actual content of his posts, instead of attacking the team that he roots for?
Because this is the CFF and that's how we roll in here.

The ACC has two more teams than the PAC so we have to take that into account. And btw Russell Wilson was a Wisconsin grad so you can take him off the list.

he's also a NC State grad that played the overwhelming majority of his collegiate career in the ACC

if we're going to go that route, then let's remove Smith from the Pac-12 list since he never played in the Pac-12.

Because he knows I’m 100% correct. If you can’t attack the content, attack the messenger.

Like I said, if you want to include moral victories, go right ahead. But last I checked, there is only a Win and a Loss column. No “Close Losses” or “Overtime Loss” that I can see.

If the best games that the PAC12 have played are close losses, it’s not a good look.

its not about moral victories. saying a team cant play with or hang with or run with or whatever you want to say but they barely lost is basically a contradiction. USC losing to Alabama was a can't play with. 9-4 Oregon losing @Michigan State in 15 by 3 to the Big 10 champs 12-2 Michigan State is a loss. no argument no moral victory. but saying they cant play with them is just flat out wrong.

Let’s look at the Big10, Final AP ranking used

2018 Ohio State over #13 Washington (PAC12 champ)
2017 Penn State over #16 Washington
2017 Ohio State over #12 USC (PAC12 champ)
2017 Wisconsin over #13 Miami (ACC runner up)
2016 Ohio State over #5 Oklahoma (Big12 champs)
2015 Michigan State over #19 Oregon
2015 Ohio State over #11 Notre Dame

Obviously there Big10 is living off of Ohio State

Now off the top of my head I know in 2015 Stanford over Iowa (Big10 runner up but questionable, Ohio State is probably better) and 2016 USC over Penn State (Big10 Champ)

2015 Stanford over #9 Iowa
2015 Stanford over #11 Notre Dame
2015 Utah over #12 Michigan
2016 USC over #7 Penn State
2017 Stanford over #11 Notre Dame
2017 WSU over #22 Boise State

I only did the wins over P5 teams, I didn’t include over ranked G5s.

well you didnt specify that
Well if we are going to include any win over barely ranked teams and some games I missed

2015 Michigan over #25 Florida (SEC East champ)
2015 Northwestern over #3 Stanford (PAC12 champ)
2016 Wisconsin over #16 Western Michigan
2018 Maryland over #9 Texas (Big12 runner up)
2018 Michigan State over #22 Utah State

Doesn’t exactly qualify but
2015 Wisconsin over USC PAC12 runner-up

The content of his posts on this thread (I actually like him as a poster here so it's just this thread I'm talking about) is knocking the PAC and I'm just pointing out his teams last title was 1966.

First, I don't care how the ACC is. If they're bad and lose their prestige with players, recruiting for Clemson is easier. That's what I care about. But any rate, pretty sure FSU has a couple titles of their own. Same with Miami. And Virginia Tech has played for a natty in the last 25 years, which is more than I can say about some teams. At the same time, the Pac has 2004 (vacated), and Oregon getting blown out in 2015. Also, by my admittedly slopping counting, I believe the Pac 12 and ACC both have 6 starting QBs in the NFL.

Ehhhh dude, Miami won their titles in the Big East and VPI’s title game appearance also happened when they were Big East members. You don’t get to claim their accomplishments long ago as ACC accomplishments.

2003 2004 . 2005 second best. National champs. Legit. When Michigan State can come close to that then you can talk. Until then you have no room to talk. Unless you wanna keep swinging on Ohio States nuts . BTW USC is 8-2 vrs Ohio State in the last ten meetings.

You're talking all this trash to a Michigan State guy, but USC doesn't have a championship since 1978 (1967 if we say AP was the defacto selector before the BCS). 2003, the teams that played for the national championship were LSU and Oklahoma. LSU won, and therefore are the national champions. 2004, your win was vacated because of cheating. You are not the national champions. Nor can you claim to be undisputed the best team so we should overlook the rule-breaking (I think undefeated Auburn may have something to say about that). 2005, you were second best, congrats on the moral victory I guess.

In the last 10 years, your team has been 87-44. That's pretty good. You've got 1 top 5 finish, 2 top 10 seasons, and 6 top 25 finishes. You're 4-3 in bowls (being banned from the post-season two years), and have gone to a big bowl twice, winning the Rose and losing the Cotton. That's not bad, averaging between 8 and 9 wins a season. However, you're talking crap to a Michigan State fan. In the last 10 years, they have been 91-41. They have 2 top 5 finishes, 4 top 10 finishes, and 6 top 25 finishes. They're 5-4 in bowls and have gone to a big bowl three times (winning both the Rose and Cotton, and losing in the playoffs). They're better than USC the last decade in literally every aspect. If you want to say they don't have the right to speak about football, then fine, just be aware that USC has less of a right than them.

The ACC has two more teams than the PAC so we have to take that into account. And btw Russell Wilson was a Wisconsin grad so you can take him off the list.

As a girl, I can say this, but you have just been repeatedly bitch slapped in this thread and you really should stop before you fall further behind.

Now I like you Ralphie. And I totally see where you're coming from. But I'd say it does travel with them. The teams still accomplished that, and that's not erased just because they transfer conferences. Those are all ACC teams now. And they all did what I stated. So you can't say the ACC sucks and ignore those games, because those are the teams that make up the ACC. You wouldn't want someone to say the BIG 12 has accomplished nothing outside of Oklahoma. Because West Virginia is now part of the Big XII and is implicated by that statement (and they have accomplished things - like your great win over us)
