He is always dangerous against us but if he signs he would kill a teams cap. If he were to sign with the Devils, they would have trouble keeping Parise later. If he goes to the Kings, they would not be able to keep all of their young defenders. Look for his price to drop or hello KHL!

Step 2: Reach the Finals and choke against Philadelphia.
Step 3: Because of Kovalchuk's contract, they cannot afford Doughty, so they trade him to Philadelphia for Coburn, the rights to Carter, and picks.
Step 4: Doughty signs a 15 year, $15M contract with the Flyers because he loves the city so much (and Snider will be paying him under the table), allowing them enough money to go after Gagne in FA, effectively shutting (the fuck) up all those people who will undoubtedly bitch and moan after he gets traded in the coming months.
Step 5: Plan the parade.

i dont see why we wouldn't raid the bolts and take stamkos too..

personally i want him to sign in the east.. flyers OWN whatever team he's playing for.. we won like 14 in a row against atlanta while he was there, and went what, 6-1 against the devils last year after he signed (playoffs and reg. season)

Miller turns 30 in 2 days. Not sure I want a 30 year old goalie who was putting up MAF numbers just 2 years ago signed for 15 years. His career numbers suggest this year was a fluke.
