Vv in the bowl game was bull doging the offensive line at times. But for every time he blasted threw the online he took the very next play off. I think VV is getting much better. Now if he can get rid of that baby fat and gain some muscles.

He really did improve as the year went on but ya he has a lazy bone

we dont show off our WR enough and the media didn't respect tmart. Also our offense is mix of stuff but that mix doesn't show off our WR enough. If we ran a baylor or Clemson or wvu type of spread Q Turner and bell would go off with silly stats as we as big wes,Zo, and co.

seriously wish our staff would run those type of spreads so our deep pool of wr would do work as would are rbs.

Nebraska doesn't have the QB to throw the ball more then 25 times a game. They haven't had a kid with the ability to do that since Joe Ganz.

The grad assistant is the grunt. The QB coach is Tim Beck, stop blaming a grad assistant for poor technique's.

A grad assistant is not an assistant coach, they are a coaches assistant. Which means: go setup the pylons, get the tackling dummies, so on and so forth, and watch N fuckin' learn.

I'm not blaming Ganz but would like to know why a program the size of Nebraska can't afford a dedicated quarterbacks coach. Hell Cotton has Garrison and Stai for the offensive line but we can't have someone who works with the leader of the offense on a regular basis, let alone our backups.

I wasn't blaming Ganz either and I also know that Mad Dog has enough clout to encourage the hiring of a REAL QB coach. Ganz may be a quality QB coach in the upcoming years, but I don't know how good of experience he gained as a GA at Nebraska.

My guess is his experience while playing will help him a lot more then what he gained as a GA

The S&C coach at Penn State put in his resignation yesterday. He was the one coach out of the eight that resigned that the players hated to see go. Nebraska need to go get this guy and bring him in now. He won't last long being unemployed.

to the point of a QB coach, don't most teams give the title of QB coach to the OC? Oh and look over at Huskers.com, it says Beck is the QB coach. I just don't know if he's that good at it. Has he ever really done it? Hasn't he always been an RB coach before taking over OC at NU?

The QB coach situation has a lot to do with numbers. You can only have a certain number of assistant coaches. I think they are trying to work it out so Ganz can be promoted to QB coach. That requires some shuffling around of responsibilities and titles though.
