Just made the switch. Anyone going to a game this year? I'll be at the opener vs Temple. Hope we keep the gameday threads going over here.

Instead of going to a home game this year, Ima switch it up and go to West layfette when we play at Purdue and stir up alittle trouble.

I always stay with my sister so I haven't been to any local hotels, but they recently built a Fairfield Inn right across the street from campus that looks really nice.

I had good luck in the lottery this year, and got tickets to all of the home games. As I said on the espn board, I fully expect ND to win all of their home games this year (for the second year in a row).

I thought it was pretty straight forward. Basically this site is much better than CBS and much more user friendly. Did it come across as somethign different?

Thanks for the welcome. Long story don't ask. Couldn't help but thinking of a line from... Truckin ..Grateful Dead... "What a long strange trip it's been." Coming over from CBS and then to ESPN and now here and seeing familiar faces. After about 8 years posting on CBS I considered many of them friends.

The good thing about this site is they don't tolerate trolls on team boards. If people come over and wanna discuss and actually add something, they can and is welcomed. But when trolls come over to push buttons and be jackasses then they get the boot. Already seen two get it on the lions board.

Just be careful when u venture out to the main college boards, they don't like us ND fans out there. Jealous?

I like the fact I can view and post from my phone; I could never get the espn boards to work from my iPhone, this is great!

I love the fact most of the posters I read have joined or have said they would

"cause I got nowhere else to go" lol!

Cannot fing wait till kickoff!
