We need to make this team better. If a 30 year old can do that for a reasonable price then sign him. As for Spencer I'd be ok with signing him specifically. You can always use pass rushers. Not sure if he'd sign but a one year deal for him would be great. Then you deal with keeping one of him or orakpo next year.

Thinking signing Spencer at this point would just be a flip of the bird at Jerry Jones. But if he comes at a reasonable price, not going to complain.

He had 11 in 2012.
His next best was 6. In statistics...his 11 is what we call "an outlier."

I am ok with the Hatcher signing, making the assumption that the guarnteed money is not crazy...I bet in reality it is a 2 yr 8-10 mil type contract with the 17-19 mil as salary the last 2 years....

Not a big fan of the Spencer move if done, coming of Microfracture Surgery....dont know...but I bet he will be signing a 1 year prove it deal.....if he plays great, we look to do something next year, if not....move on....

This doesn't make him not a pass rusher. He has been successful rushing the passer and would be much better than any of our lbs outside rak and kerrigan (who has never had a none sack season).
