Oh no doubt. He shares some blame, if for no other reason than he has been in Nawlins for what? 7 years?
I'd think that he might have some idea as to how the Pels were likely to react and should have spoken up.
Maybe he did and Rich Paul convinced him that going public was the best way? Either way though, Rich Paul works for AD, so AD still has some blame for it.
