On a more serious note, if Washington did release RG3, I would welcome him with open arms. It's not that I think he would be good with the Cowboys. I just think our back up QBs are so terrible that he would be an upgrade.

Saw where Buffalo may release Cassell, not sure he wouldn't be an upgrade as well. He has to be better than our current options

IMO you can flip a coin between he and Weeden. At least Weeden has worked with this offense, I don't see any scrapheap players out there that are must gets.

Talent wise I'd agree, but he's a mental wreck at the moment. If he goes somewhere he KNOWS he's not starting maybe it will do him good. I do think his skills will make it hard to play against him but his thought process under center isn't there at the moment. Plus he HAS to LEARN how to slide to protect himself.

He'd be a mental wrecked, option QB with a wrecked knee. IMO, rather than pay him millions to be a backup(with Cleveland, Buffalo and the Jets out there, he would have bids), I'd rather have McClay see if he's as good at drafting QB's as he seems to be drafting everything else

I don't love Cassell, but I like him more than I like Weeden. Would he come for around the same $'s though...

I'm just gonna make this call right now, or prediction really...Cousins is going to keep being an INT machine all season. By week 5 or 6 Gruden has had enough and starts to rotate Cousins and McCoy. McCoy gets hurt week 12, RG3 gets the nod for week 13 vs Dallas and comes in and throttles us since he has a huge chip on his shoulder. That will put him back in the #1 spot until week 17 when we blow him up since we will be ready for him this time.

I'd like to see someone graph the feelings the Hoop skins board has about their QB's. Wasn't Cousins worth "at least a 2nd rounder" to start last year? Then he got to play and sucked and they love Colt. Then RG3 love came back, and now he sucks and in Kirk they trust.

I think that is possible. Cousins isn't bad. He's no Johnny Unitas, but he could be OK. I think he will also have a bunch of Ints, but a QB on a team that is going to lose 10+ games is going to throw the ball and they do have decent WRs

The Boys will have some serious competition this year from the Eagles and, in my opinion, the Giants as well.
