I actually like Hunter or even Miller in the pass catching role better than Gore. Hunter is faster, quicker and better in space and Miller has shown he has the ability to catch and get up field. At this stage in his career, I like the idea of preserving Gore for rushing. What do you think?

I agree about Hunter. I love the way he moves in space but when he is in there I think opposing defenses will expect passes to him more. Gore might give the element of surprise. I haven't noticed Miller's skill in that area that much yet, I'll have to take your word on him. But since Gore gets the bulk of the playing time I'd like to see him catch some passes and take it up field to avoid the beating of going through the line each time.

I wonder if some of the reduced number of passes to Gore has to do with him being kept in to block rather than releasing into the patterns.

After going through what he's gone through he probably feels like he's steeling. I love the sheepish grin.
