I think Toronto is a better team that the Indians, but fortunately, that doesn't mean fuckall in the playoffs. My point was that Cleveland would much rather have an opportunity to face Toronto than not.

Indians still need to get past Red Sox, which I'm nervous about. With the rotation in shambles, I think the Indians need to finish the ALDS in Boston, allowing Kluber to go three games in the ALCS if they're going to have a puncher's chance against the Blue Jays.

That's what they were thinking against Bauer in Game 1. To this point, it doesn't matter who is pitching bc it is next man up. With Cleveland losing 2 of it's top 3 starters I knew it was going to be hard to win even one series without guys stepping in and having good pitching outings. The offense has been very good too. Buchholz needs to pitch a very good game or the Red Sox offense needs to step up, if it does than the Red Sox are the most dangerous team in baseball IMO

Had CLE had any luck health wise they're probably the heavy WS favorite.

And even now they're still in pretty good shape, although TOR would be a horrible matchup for them based on who is left to start games.

It's sad but on the other hand neither one of these teams want anything to do with Toronto right now I don't think.

Nah, things change from series to series. Texas' pitching staff hasn't been the most impressive, especially of late. The Rangers just have been playing some uninspired, not playoff caliber baseball for the last couple weeks.

Yeah, but it sounds like a 35-50 pitch set up. That's more of a long reliever. Sure maybe you can split a start btw him and McAllister or something like that in game 4 (assuming you don't need him in long relief before that) but really it's gonna be interesting to see how Francona manages this (assuming they move on, of course).
