Agreed.
Speaking of rest....it only took the Dodgers 8 games to reach the World Series. They made quick work of everyone.
If the Astros reach the WS...it will have taken them 11 games.
For the Yankees, it's gonna take 13 to make it there. The maximum amount.

Btw: I know Adrian Gonzales has been on the DL for the last few weeks...and not that they'll really need him, but is he gonna be activated for the WS ?..... Or is he done for the year??

He's done. Seager will be in there for Game 1 though. Despite Culberson's great performance in the NLCS.

Are you pulling for Houston ? I"m a bit torn, it would be cool to see Houston get to the series, since they've been kinda like the Mariners for so many years, but I also like this Yankees team how they always fight and claw back... I'm kinda thinking a Yankees vs Dodgers world series might be an epic one...

It's interesting, now that the Cubs and Giants won recently, the longest drought for a team that won before is Cleveland (1948). Next is Pittsburgh (1979). Of course there are many franchises that have never won: Houston, Seattle, Washington/Montreal, Texas, San Diego, Colorado, and Tampa.

But I'm definitely want Houston to win it all. Then Yankees. Then earthquake swallows up the Dodgers.

I'd like to see Houston in the WS for the first time. But NY cannot be counted out particularly with the rejuvenated Judge always a threat, and the team itself with their flair for the dramatic. I would have preferred Keuchel but I guess Hinch is competent. This will be super game!
