There were two schools of thought, leave McCullers in (I can get onboard with that), or they should have used Peacock (can't get on board with this). Woulda shoulda coulda

God Astros fans can be fucking stupid, on another fan specific site I'm on, they are blaming this shit on Hinch. He threw our 3 best bullpen arms and they all got fucked up. Who the hell was he supposed to pitch? :L

Yeah, why take a young guy out who's mowing down the opposition? It's 4-1 after the homer. Hinch blew it and everybody knows it.

McCullers consistently struggles on his 3rd trip through the lineup since his injuries. We live and die with analytics. It's just the way the Astros organization does things.

Yep as much as most people usually hate the Yankees, I think even the haters must have respect for these guys. Lots of fight in them and a very likeable team or at least harder to hate

I suppose, unfortunately, you're right. It can ruin sports when managers follow guidelines or rules ridgedly without using their brains. The had a 3-run lead so facing one more guy to validate he was still in control would have been the best approach. A 6-inning 2-hitter. 81 pitches. I'd like a replay in my alternate universe.

I was posting the other day about how similar this team is to the 95-96 guys. Can't ever count them out of a game, have a great bullpen, lots of good young guys and solid vet leadership.

But I can still hate em just fine, thanks for asking

I'm rooting for them just because I want everyone to see what I knew the Indians were up against and ultimately lost to. Yankees are a great team this year, especially since the ASB.

That said, they're plenty hatable from my perspective.

Order will be restored today.

I'm predicting a blow out.
