Looks as if Ortiz is lifetime 3-3 with a double and two HRs off Sanchez. Not that that means much, of course.

On the other hand, the Detroit roster is full of guys who have a history of lighting up Lester, with a team OPS of .982 in 155 ABs.

Could be a high scoring game. Take the over?

Or, you could look at their last ten games where Lester has a 2.16 ERA in 70.2 IP and Sanchez has a 3.03 ERA in 59.2 IP...

I'm taking the under. Its cool, rainy and shitty in general today. Should be a slow track. Nullifying the Tigers new found "speed". (Two stolen bases in one game was the craziest thing I've seen out of the Tigers since four relievers in an inning). I have my bullpen concerns, as usual. Smyly probably isn't available, but Phil Coke will be. That's not good.

Cabrera was definitely motoring... (Ortiz has been know to catch pitchers napping. Always very entertaining.)

Smyly can't go two days in a row? It only took him 18 pitches to get through 5 batters...

I hate to correct you ringo, but Saturday is the Red Sawks last home game of the season...

As good as Sanchez was on Saturday, he CANNOT walk 6 batters again.

If he has good control, he might make it through the eighth inning...or at least the seventh.

A win is nearly a given, a CG quite possible, but a shutout? I wouldn't object, but am not counting on it.
