Is weed legal in the state of Alabama?Did Alabama break any rules when it came to these drug test results on this guy??

He wasn't charged because the other guy in the car claimed the weed as his(it was also his car).
PS: @ wanting to find shit like this on Alabama because your team couldn't get it done on the field.

I wonder how many coaches outside the SEC give the same kind of breaks to their players as Saban gives to his.Losers make the excuses.

I'm having a hard time believing Nick Saban would ignore failed drug tests just to keep a good player playing. I know that sounds naïve, but Saban is a better man than that. Yes, weed is a mild drug, but it's still illegal. If a player wants to take a chance, then so be it. If the player fails a drug test and there's nothing done, different story. The bottom line is that If there is that little of discipline on a college football team, and I don't care who you are, then the coach needs to be replaced.
So you believe that a player failed multiple drug tests and the medical personnel who administered the test and the other coaches didn't report it to the head coach of the team? Dude, do you want to buy a bridge for a more than fair price? I also know a Nigerian Prince who just needs your bank account so he can wire you 5 million dollars.I'm having a hard time believing Nick Saban would ignore failed drug tests just to keep a good player playing. I'd bet my left nut that little midget knew.If you go back and read my post, I said I had a hard time believing NICK SABAN would ignore it. Sure, it's possible that other personnel might not have told him. I just don't believe he would turn his head on this. He's a class act. Just not his character.
BTW, Before you try and be cute with phrases, please at least read the post. I think that's fair, don't you?
