On the field, the only major thing I don't like is he doesn't have a great extra gear at the second level that you'd like from a workhouse. Other than that, he's as close to the perfect REALISTIC replacement for Gore as I have seen in a while.

He doesn't have that next gear but i think he certainly has more break away speed than Gore. In our system I could see him bieng a real problem.

And he's probably never going to be a great blocker in pass protection like Gore is either, but that's asking alot. Gore's development as a blocker from Miami to now has been incredible.
