It's a good start, but they are not going far enough. They should also penalize fans who don't cheer loud enough, or have some non-football related conversation with their neighbors, or don't dump enough beer on opposing fans' heads, etc.

Absolutely. In my time at Bama I only ever left one game early, and it was because my date was going hypothermic. We went 3-9 my freshman year.
