Only reason he could do that was because he probably got his financial aid refund today. How do I know? Because I did too haha!
TBH I think that's pretty cool of him ... but I'm not going to miss out on a chance to take a jab at Bama.Only reason he could do that was because he probably got his financial aid refund today. How do I know? Because I did too haha!
This ^^I think you misspelled the title. It should read "generous alumnus treats Bama OL to dinner."
Yeah, I'm sure that's where the money came from.
It's tradition.
I didn't get any financial aid in college, despite being broke from a broke family, because I worked in HS and saved a few grand each summer. How's that for a GDed racquet?
Taking the OL to Dinner?
Taking Money from a Booster to tale the OL to Dinner?
All of the Above?

You do know you have to fill out a FAFSA right?I didn't get any financial aid in college, despite being broke from a broke family, because I worked in HS and saved a few grand each summer. How's that for a GDed racquet?

Because if you're family was broke than your EFC (Expected Family Contribution) was likely negligible and a few grand you saved each summer of high school would be covered under an ACA (Asset Protection Allowance).
So based on that the sum of your comment is ECA + ACA = BS
