Youre looking at the end result, ignoring the clubhouse becoming a disaster, and leading a huge collapse while leading the division most of the season by a pretty big margin

The 2011 Red Sox only led the AL East for little more than a third of the season and never by more than 3 games.

Or, more accurately, the Indians have had more postseason berths in the past 20 years than the Mets have in their entire 53 season existence.

Farrell wasn't a great manager by any stretch of the imagination, but I certainly wouldn't attribute 2011 to him.

5 minutes ago:

"I mean, come on! This is the YANKEES! Historic New Yankees Stadium...Jeter...Mariano...the whole 9 yards! Please somebody take these!"

Just now:

"Screw all of you, I just put them in the shredder."

I can barely tune into these games knowing that its about a 99.9% chance they are at home next Tuesday in a WC game

I just hope Girardi doesnt get anyone else injured...Im not optimistic

I was, but I also said he was young and I expected him to improve. On the other hand, you said he sucked and would always suck. You also said some other mean things about him.

Only Miguel Cabrera is standing in the way of Bogaerts winning a batting title this year. He leads the AL in hits. He's 22!

Admit you see the young group of Betts, Bogaerts, Bradley, Swihart(?) & maybe Shaw and see some potential there. Now, if only they can find some pitching!
