Tyler Glasnow has been unreal so far this season. Austin Meadows was off to great start too before landing on the IL.

Great weekend for the Rays bouncing back and taking 2 from Boston with Friday night's game being rained out. Yandy Diaz swung the bat well all weekend against Price and Sale.

On to Kansas City for 4. Probables:

Ryne Stanek (Opener) vs. Brad Keller
Blake Snell vs. Jakob Junis
Opener vs. Danny Duffy
Charlie Morton vs. Jorge Lopez

Rain in play for the final 3 games of the series. Could be a long week.

ays purchased the contract of 1B Nate Lowe from Triple-A Durham.
Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic just reported the news of Lowe's promotion 15 minutes ago, and now the team has made it official. He'll join the Rays ahead of Monday night's series opener in Kansas City and should start at either first base or DH against Royals right-hander Brad Keller. The 23-year-old was batting .300/.444/.543 with three home runs and 14 RBI through 21 games this season at Triple-A Durham, after putting up a .330/.416/.568 slash line with 27 homers and 102 RBI in 130 games last year between three different levels of the minors. There is definitely some mixed-league fantasy appeal here.

He should crack 250 wins, barring some unforeseen disaster. Plus, he's generally liked by the writers as far as I know.

No first ballot, but he should get in eventually.
