Had such a great start this season. Was great until June and now the wheels are off

He looked like the Rodon of old at the start of the season. As evidenced by some of the results even today, he can still get it, but I just don’t know what is wrong with him.

It’s probably a lot of mental stuff. Weird how you are throwing these nasty sliders to the righties, and then serve up a meatball slider to Henderson.

Kinda why I want Coby Mayo to come up. We have been playing McCann more than a backup should be playing due to his ability to hit LHP (at least better than RHP) and using Adley to cover O’Hearn in the DH spot.

I’m OK keeping him this season as a backup C, but he should be getting less ABs. He’s really holding the spot warm for Basallo to come up.

This is Kremer’s second start after missing over a month. I’m still solid on him, but I don’t think Suarez or Povich should be getting those starts. We need a #3 to go behind Burnes and Grayson in the playoffs and a reliable starter to go 5-6 innings. A reunion with Kyle Gibson for that reliable starter spot makes sense.
