again, bautista made no contact, bautista's mental state clearly was not the same as odor's cause if it was bautista would have put him in mezzanine level. And, not looking at this as if it wasn't a sucker punch is laughable

What's laughable is some thinking that because Bautista failed in his attempt to make contact with and injure odor it somehow absolves him of the act and intent itself.

Again, I'm not convinced he was intentionally thrown at. Also, the rules have changed. If Bautista had a problem with the pitch he should take it up with Bush instead of trying to hurt someone her perceived as smaller and weaker with a dirty slide. But he wouldn't do that because he's a bitch and he knows Bush would put him in the hospital.

The part about that slide I have a problem with is coming in spikes up. That's not okay. I would imagine someone talked to him about that as he hasn't had a history of doing such things. Also, keep in mind the rules have changed since then, but there's no excuse for coming in spikes up.
