Tiger fan or not, WS or not, thr Tigers are difficult to deal with in Set and Oct because when you can run out Scherzer, Sanchez, Verlander, and Fister time and again that's gotta hurt.. no matter who they pitch for. Then, when you have to pitch to AJax, Torii, Miggy, Prince, VMart, and Peralta 4 times a night, that's going to wear alot of pitchers down.. that lineup won't give you a seconds peace when they get dialed in. Not making any brash predictions or anything like that, but whether it's Oakland, Boston, NY, or whoever meets the Tigers in the playoffs one thing I can say is this-- win, lose, draw or indifferent.. they have their hands full.

doug...one more time. I believe that, RIGHT NOW, Verlander is the team's 5th best starter. I have no idea what the rotation will be come October. But, if the playoffs started TODAY, and I had to name the 4 playoff starters, I don't think JV's name would be one of the four. He is a mess right now.

Cot's says he has an option for 2014 for $3.25mil. Tigers will pay what's left of his $1.85mil for this year.

Typical iffy BS. yeah JV wont start in the playoffs. JV will pitch game 1 or 2 come playoffs. It depends if he has to pitch towards the end to win the division.

Nice sweep by the injuns, but yet you didnt gain any ground.

Rangers arent always in WS or ALCS shano......last year i dont remember much of texas in the playoffs..

Heard it was a rental from the article on CBS. he scares me tho....maybe it was his blown save against the tigers this year, but he reminds me of valverde. Still want gregorson or crain, once hes healthy.

Capt.....cleaves lives for me. He responds to just about every post I make. You should see the stuff on the Tiger board....almost vice like in getting personal. I am glad I can give him something to think about each day....but it does get boring. But I have him by the short hairs....so I admit to yanking him around a little...just to see the responses. (PS...if you repeat something, even it is to someone else...he has a fit.)

Lol i live for him? He followed me in here. All he does is bash tigers.....he came in here because everyone on the tiger boards have him on ignore. So he gets ni response. So when i do speak up every once in awhile....he goes on and on about how cleaves this and that.....like i said hes the straw...his words.....

Its over and over and over....it gets stale.....as soon as it slows down, he stirs it back up......so sad.....like i said from the get go.....he only came in here because of all the injuns, twins fans........he figures every time he says something negative...he will get a great response. Crazy how some folks hate vice yet iffy is the same type of poster......they are both instigators.....they both have the same agenda.....they have lonely lives and they come on here for attention. Vice targeted non tiger fans and iffy does it to tiger fans, while claiming to be a tiger fan.
