If he can pitch like he did for the Yankees in his best year 2007. he could help this Tiger team.


He has lost weight and eating healthy. maybe a 7th inning guy? maybe a little long relief?
every little bit helps . considering the Tiger bull pen wasn't the strongest part of this team....
Jobs, and Rondon, then benoit in the 8th. and Big joey Nathan in the 9th.
throw in a little Smyly and AL AL. This bull pen could be pretty good

24 innings isn't going to help very much. And '07 was kind of a while ago.

Ohhhhh, Sleeth was just the top pitching prospect once upon a time, according to Baseball America. He was Verlander before Verlander was Verlander. We took him third overall. He never made it to the bigs. Like most minor leaguers. (JV gonna let Sanchez get in on The Cy Young action this year?)

Sanchez went on the Tiger winter tour. that's a good sign. he feels more settled with the Tigers.

By the way Joba was great in 2007, but that was 7 years ago.
