Honestly, I don't think he was. The guy is such a goody-goody that I just don't think he would juice. He's literally the most boring, "aw shucks" type of guy that you will ever meet.

If you watch his home runs over his career and especially in that season, he dunks one opposite field 1 or 2 rows up. Plus it was way easier to hit bombs in the Metrodome than at Target Field.

I think he just got really, really lucky and cashed in.
