Since the start of the 2016 season, the Tigers are 10-32 against the Indians. I don't think "OWNED" is a strong enough word.

Seriously, that's pretty remarkable for an MLB team to have that kind of sustained domination over a team. That's a W% of .762, which would extrapolate to a 123-39 season.

I wonder if any other team in the majors has owned another division rival that badly over that time.

To be fair, the last 11 in a row were all against a post-selloff Tiger team. But in 2016, the Tigers were a decent team. Just missed the playoffs. Our record against Cleveland that season (4-14) basically cost us a wild card spot.

Frankly, I think part of it is just an anomaly. That kind of W% has to be pretty rare across a nearly 50-game sample.

It ain't trolling ... a lot of those games were not just one run losses (going strictly from memory) ... Cleveland beat us like a naughty child. This is the right time for the rebuild and I'm excited to see where it goes.
